Telesign

Designing for Brand Growth

As Telesign launched its new brand identity, I played a key role in expanding and evolving the brand system across marketing channels. Working closely with the internal design team, I developed a wide range of assets from redesigned sales decks and social templates to web graphics and motion design that ensured visual consistency while pushing the brand in fresh, flexible directions.

I also introduced AI tools like Adobe Firefly into our creative workflow to accelerate iteration and expand our visual toolkit. This included building AI-generated concepts for layout exploration, background extensions, and motion storyboarding. I led internal trainings and live demos to help the design, web, and UX teams adopt these tools efficiently including a walkthrough recorded for the CMO to share with executive leadership.

Throughout the process, I approached the brand as a living system experimenting with treatments, testing new formats, and refining assets to help Telesign communicate with clarity and visual impact as it scaled.

Sales Collateral

As part of Telesign’s Corporate Marketing team, I led the design of a cohesive visual system across all sales and marketing materials to support a newly refreshed brand. This included a full suite of assets such as case studies, solution briefs, datasheets, pitch decks, and internal templates.

I developed consistent iconography, typography, and branded layouts to ensure visual alignment across teams and audiences from global sales reps to external partners. Working closely with copywriters, product marketers, and the brand team, I helped transform technical information into clear, visually engaging materials that supported conversations at every stage of the sales funnel.

These assets were designed for flexibility and scale, allowing teams to easily update content while maintaining brand integrity. The result was a polished and reliable toolkit that enhanced Telesign’s credibility, improved sales enablement, and elevated the overall brand experience.

Deck Design

To support sales and internal communications, I developed a flexible system of branded presentation templates that aligned with Telesign’s evolving visual identity and messaging. These templates enabled teams across departments to create polished, on-brand decks with ease. I regularly partnered with internal stakeholders to review their presentations—ensuring consistency in layout, typography, color usage, and overall visual hierarchy while also maintaining brand integrity across touchpoints.

In addition to visual refinement, I collaborated with content creators to improve narrative flow, clarify messaging, and align each deck with broader marketing and product strategies. These efforts helped elevate the overall quality of presentation materials while reinforcing brand cohesion across internal and external communications.

Social Media

I designed branded visual assets to support Telesign’s external communications across social media and email marketing. This included custom LinkedIn graphics for product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership, as well as visually engaging email headers used in newsletters and marketing outreach.

Each piece followed a cohesive visual system I helped develop, incorporating consistent iconography, typography, and design elements to maintain brand alignment across platforms. The result was a unified look and feel that elevated Telesign’s digital presence and improved engagement with both customers and prospects.

Web Assets

One of my frequent collaborators was Telesign’s Web and UX/UI teams to help create high-quality graphics for the homepage, product pages, and marketing campaigns. In addition to designing assets, I provided feedback on layout structure and iconography to ensure brand consistency, improving both usability and visual cohesion.

I also worked with the content team to produce engaging blog visuals, delivering weekly hero images and supporting graphics. For each post, I explored stylistic variations including subtle animations to boost SEO performance and improve user engagement. The blog images were the first projects where I used Adobe AI tools like generative expand and replace. After that I started teaching my fellow designers on the Web and UX/UI teams how to use these tools.

Leading AI Education at Telesign

To help Telesign adapt to the rapidly changing creative landscape, I developed and led an AI education initiative for the larger marketing team, C-suite leaders, and other creative teams across the organization. My goal was to demystify generative AI, demonstrate real-world applications in our creative workflow, and inspire teams to explore how AI could enhance their own processes while maintaining brand integrity.

What I Covered:

  • AI Fundamentals: Introduced generative AI concepts and why they matter for creative marketing.

  • Tool Demonstrations: Showed real examples of AI-powered workflows in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, and Premiere Pro.

  • Practical Use Cases: Highlighted how AI could accelerate production, increase creative variation, and enable faster iteration for campaigns.

  • Best Practices: Shared tips on writing effective prompts, tracking generative credits, and maintaining brand consistency.

  • Future Opportunities: Outlined how emerging AI features could benefit marketing, design, and cross-functional teams.

Impact:
This initiative helped non-designers, senior leadership, and cross-department creatives understand how AI could be safely and effectively integrated into Telesign’s processes. By breaking down complex technology into practical, brand-aligned examples, I encouraged teams to experiment, collaborate, and embrace innovation.

The AI Deck:
To support this initiative, I created a comprehensive AI in Creative Marketing deck. This was designed to explain how we had been exploring and using AI within our creative workflows, as well as outline future trends we were watching. The deck was aimed at individuals outside of the creative team — including senior leadership, other departments, and creative teams outside of Telesign who we collaborated with — to help them understand AI’s potential and relevance to their work.
